See your growth system, mapped

A franchise brand is two marketing problems wearing one logo: selling the opportunity to candidates, and helping the franchisees you already have sell locally. We will walk both with you in thirty minutes and show you which one is actually holding you back.

What you get

A straight answer, not a pitch

  • Thirty minutes — one call, not a sequence of them
  • Confidential and one-on-one — not a group webinar
  • Both sides reviewed: recruitment and franchisee local marketing
  • An honest read on which one is your real constraint
  • What is fixable without spending more
  • No obligation, and no pressure to decide on the call

If your bottleneck turns out to be something we do not solve, you will hear that on the call rather than three proposals later.

How it runs

Four things, in this order

Thirty minutes moves quickly, so none of it is spent on slides.

You tell us where growth is stuck

Unit count, what recruitment is producing, and what your franchisees are doing locally today. Most systems already know which half hurts more — we start by checking whether that instinct matches the numbers.

We walk the candidate funnel

Where enquiries come from, what they cost, and where they stop. Franchise pipelines leak in a small number of predictable places, and the leak is rarely where the reporting suggests.

We walk the franchisee side

What the brand supplies, what locations actually use, and how wide the gap is between your strongest and weakest markets. Adoption gets treated as its own problem rather than assumed.

You get the map, and what it would cost

What we would do first, what it would take, and what it would cost. You keep the map whether or not you work with us.

Who books these

Three kinds of people, three different calls

Tell us which you are in the form and the call is built around it.

Franchisors recruiting

Emerging brands who need candidate volume and credibility, and established systems whose pipeline converts worse than it used to. Usually a development or marketing lead, often both on the call.

Franchisees and multi-unit operators

Owners who want local demand and are not getting enough from the brand programme. You do not need your franchisor's permission to have this conversation.

Marketing leads inside a system

The person already accountable for both sides, usually with an ad fund to defend and a network that is not adopting what has been built. This call tends to be the most technical of the three.

Quick answers

What actually happens on the call?
Thirty minutes, confidential and one-on-one: a walkthrough of your recruitment funnel and your franchisees' local marketing, not a sales deck read aloud. We map where candidates are dropping out and where local demand is being left on the table, and we tell you which of the two is the bigger constraint. If it needs longer than thirty minutes, we book the longer conversation rather than overrunning yours.
I am a franchisee, not a franchisor. Should I still book?
Yes. Local store marketing is a service we deliver directly, and plenty of franchisees come to us before their franchisor does. Pick "Local Store Marketing" as the focus.
We are pre-launch — is it too early?
Usually not. Recruitment marketing for an emerging brand is a different build than for an established one, and setting it up before you have candidate flow is easier than fixing it after. Worth a conversation.
Will you show me case studies?
Not other people's numbers dressed up as a promise to you. We do not publish client results we cannot attach a real name to, and when we have franchise case studies worth publishing they will go up with names attached. What you get instead is specific, realistic targets for your own brand.
What should I bring?
If you have them: current recruitment numbers — leads, cost per lead, close rate — your unit count, and whatever your franchisees are doing for marketing today. None of it is required, and all of it makes the call far more concrete.
We already have an agency. Is this worth doing?
Often yes, because the common failure in franchise systems is not a bad agency — it is two vendors who do not talk, one on recruitment and one on local, with competing ad accounts between them. If that is your situation it is worth seeing mapped, whoever ends up running it.
How is my information handled?
Submissions route to Vendasta, our CRM. We use them to schedule and prepare for your demo. Nothing gets sold or shared onward.
